The Rochester School Department announces that registration for those
students who will be entering Kindergarten or Grade 1 in the 2013-14 school year will begin the evening of:
March 21st 2013, 3:30-6:30 pm.
First Floor School Dept. Boardroom
(located in Community Center)
Beginning on February 11th, you may register during regular business hours.
Information on registering children grades 6 through 12.

Helpful Reminder:
Registration needs be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

| You will need to bring the following…. |
| 1. Your child's Immunization
Record. |
| 2. Your child's Birth Certificate. |
3. Proof of Residency.*
*Items accepted as Proof of Residency:
Completed lease – closing statement –Telephone, electric and cable bill
Envelopes with yellow forwarding postal sticker- payroll check- bank statement – current doctor’s bill.
*Items NOT accepted as Proof of Residency:
Property tax bill-water/sewer bill-Vehicle registration/Driver’s license or Post Office Box |

The law mandates that no child may start school until birth certificate, immunization records and physical exams have been processed by the school department. You child will not be assigned to a school until all registration paperwork is complete (birth cert., immunization records, completed registration packet). |
