The mission of the Rochester School Department is to ensure quality educational experiences, offering a wide array of Special Education Services for our students ages 3 to 21.

It is our mission to ensure that all students have access to the general curriculum in a wide variety of educational settings.
Every student is an individual and the educational needs of each student are unique. Our team of administrators, educators, para-educators and related service providers strive to ensure that all students are given the opportunity to learn!
