Physical Education

Physical Education plays an important role in Spaulding High School’s efforts to improve the health and fitness of its students. It is a challenging academic and participation class that requires dedication, commitment and effort. Sophomores, juniors and seniors who have passed Freshmen P.E. may participate in a quarter long elective and, upon successful completion, receive 1/2 credit. Students selecting an elective block will be expected to take on new challenges and participate to the best of their ability. Students should make course selections that meet their needs, interests, and abilities.

Physical Education is a State of New Hampshire requirement for graduation. Students should enroll in Freshmen P.E. during their freshman/sophomore years.
