Restaurant Management
This program offers you the chance to work in a restaurant atmosphere while learning the different tasks of various restaurant workers. You will be responsible for the successful management of the “Raider House Café” which serves small meals, sandwiches, pizza, baked goods, and other daily specials to students and staff at the high school. You will learn how to run our own successful restaurant through a yearlong project designing a restaurant from budgeting, employee training, and customer relations.
