SMOKING ON SCHOOL PREMISES BY STAFF MEMBERS AND OTHERS

Smoking is prohibited on all properties of the Rochester School Department, in accordance with the New Hampshire Indoor Smoking Act. That is, smoking is not permitted within thirty feet of any school building. Smoking is discouraged within the view of students and should not result in litter on school property.
