Bud Carlson Academy Dream Team
              In order to move forward with expansion efforts it is imperative to focus on the existing strengths of the program. The current staff is a vital component to the success of the program; the BCA has a strong foundation. With the foundation providing the needed support and direction, additional staff will only enhance and solidify an already successful program. Existing staff and positions will remain in tact.  The following positions comprise the dream team:

1. BCA Teaching Director 7:30am-7:30pm
2. Core Content Classroom Teacher HQT English contact hours 7:15am-2:45pm
3. Core Content Classroom Teacher HQT Science contract hours 7:15am-2:45pm
4. Core Content Classroom Teacher HQT Math contract hours 12:30pm-8:00pm
5. Core Content Classroom Teacher HQT Social Studies contract hours 12:30pm-8:00pm
6. Special Education Case Manager/Teacher contract hours 9:30am-5:00pm
7. Computer Education Learning Lab (CELL) Teacher contract hours 9:30am-5:00pm
8. Guidance/Nurse contract hours 9:30am-5:00pm
9. PBIS/RENEW Facilitator contract hours 9:30am-5:00pm
10. Part-time Academic Learning Lab (ALL) Aide 27.5 hrs 8:00am-1: 30pm
11. Part-time Academic Learning Lab (ALL) Aide 27.5 hrs 2:00pm-7: 30pm
12. Secretary hours 8:30am-4:00pm
