How to receive support with a computer problem:

1. First refer to our CIC Frequently Asked Questions page to see if your problem is addressed there.
2. Next, ask for assistance from a Tech Leader in your school.
3. If the Tech Leader is unable to resolve the problem, fill out the CIC Technical Service Form (CIC form 1)
   save it to your computer in "my documents", attach it to an email and send it to cic@rochesterschools.com
4. If you are unable to email the request, you may send the form via interoffice mail to CIC in the Richard W. Creteau Regional Technology Center.
5. Call the CIC at 603-332-0757 x270.

Hardware/Software Questions:

1. Fill out the Hardware/Software Request Form . (CIC Form 2)
2. Have your principal approve this request and forward it to the CIC in the Richard W. Creteau Regional Technology Center
3. Upon the CIC's approval, the form will be returned to the originator so that it may be included with the budget request form.

Please Note:
All hardware and software to be used on the computer network must be approved by the Computer Information Center (CIC). This includes donations. Guidance for Donated Computer Hardware and Software information.

Request to Block or Unblock a Web Site

To request to block or unblock a web site, fill out the form - Request to Block or Unblock a Web Site Form (CIC Form 3) and return it to the Computer Information Center via interoffice mail or as an attachment to an email. cic@rochesterschoools.com
