East Rochester School PTA Welcomes You!! The East Rochester School PTA is looking forward to an exciting school year and would like to invite YOU to become an integral part of our school by joining PTA! Parents, teachers, school staff and community members are encouraged to join and participate in PTA initiatives!
PTA meetings are held on a rotating schedule, on the first Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of each month during the school year from 6:00-7:00pm (with occasional exceptions). This year’s schedule will consist of Executive Board Meetings (anyone is welcome to attend!), General Membership Meetings and the Annual PTA Meeting. General Membership PTA meetings will be held September, December and March and may be scheduled with social events, workshops or guest speakers on various topics relevant to the school community.
The Annual PTA Meeting is held every May along with Officer Elections.
The annual membership fee of $5.00 entitles you to vote on important issues, decisions, and expenditures. Also, you automatically become a member of the New Hampshire PTA.
Join us any way you can--volunteer, attend meetings, secure donations, assist with fundraising, offer feedback via email, or any other way you can! Our organization is only as strong as our individual members make it, so please join us!

*Childcare is provided during the meetings, so don’t let the lack of child care prevent you from attending!
Fill out a membership form and return it to PTA via your child’s teacher or the school office with your $5.00 dues. Cash or check is accepted. Make checks payable to “ERS PTA”. You can obtain a membership form from the school website, your child’s teacher, the office, a PTA table at school events or at your first PTA meeting. We look forward to meeting you!
