Summer School

The Rochester School District offers a summer school, for students who have failed a regular academic course, to perform the necessary additional work that would have been required for a passing grade. Students who achieved between a 60% and a 69% in a course are eligible to enroll in summer school to earn the credit for that course. Also, students who completed a course with a passing grade but were denied credit because of excessive absences, may be permitted to enroll in summer school to earn that credit. Summer school credit will be graded as pass or fail for purposes of issuing a credit. Tuition
will be charged for participation in summer school.
