The member parties of the Tri-City  Career & Technical Education (CTE) Agreement: Dover Regional Career & Technical Center, Richard W. Creteau Regional Technology Center, and Somersworth Regional Career Technical Center  do not discriminate in its education programs, activities or employment practices on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, religion, marital status, or sexual orientation under the provision of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination Act of 1967, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Education of all Handicapped Children Act of 1975, or State Ed.
