Using SeaMonkey

Getting Started with SeaMonkey® Composer
- To start using Composer you must first open up the SeaMonkey®
Composer. You can do this by clicking on the SeaMonkey® icon
on your desk top. ( if the icon is not available, go to the Windows Start
menu, All Programs and choose SeaMonkey®.)
- After the browser opens choose File>New>Composer Page.
- An new Composer window will open.
You will see that Composer looks similar to a word processor.
- Type some text into the page.
- Highlight the text then use the toolbar to make changes.
- To change the background color go to Format > Page
Color and Background.
- This pop-up window will appear giving you choices
of background colors, text colors, link colors and
background images search options.
- Choose the Custom Colors radio button and then the colors
you want for text, links and background. Preview your choices in the rectangle.
- Here is the page after it has been formatted.
- You can view your page in different ways.
