Strategic Process

Individual Committees

Each month committees will review the goals list.  The objective is to update the status of these items and plan out what needs to be done to complete each top task.  As items are completed the committee will vote to agree they are complete and then vote on which item from the Parking Lot will slide up to the top goals.

Each committee will submit its list to the Five Year Committee quarterly. The Five Year Committee will ensure the District Wide goals are being worked on and update our public communication.

For new ideas/requests to help the district achieve our strategic objectives outlined in our Mission and Vision, each committee will gather requests from the public, fellow board members, or the district and adjust their list as needed.

5 Year Committee

Each quarter the 5 Year Committee will review the committee lists.  The objective is to then gather from each committee an update on their goals as well as for the district-wide objectives to be updated.  The committee will then adjust the district-wide goals in the same fashion as each committee.

These meetings will be in June, September, December, and March of each year.

Every other year, the Five Year Committee will have a community survey sent out to gather public input as well as a district-wide survey so all stakeholders can provide input/requests on our strategic objectives.  The 5-Year Committee will then prioritize these requests and send them to the committee levels for their review/action. The next survey will go out in June/July of 2024.

Additional meetings for the 5-Year Committee will be scheduled based on district demand: building tours, future school locations, etc.
