Principal and Assistant Principals - Leading with HEART Across Every School
The Rochester School District is proudly celebrating Principals and Assistant Principals Appreciation Month, recognizing the dedicated leaders who guide our schools with excellence, empathy, and vision.
Under this year’s theme — “Leading with HEART” — the district will be honoring each school leader for the unique ways they strengthen school culture, inspire students, and empower staff. From fostering strong beginnings in our elementary schools to guiding growth in middle school and preparing students for future success in high school and beyond, these leaders are the cornerstone of student achievement in Rochester.
Superintendent Jared Fulgoni shared:
“Leadership in our schools isn’t about titles — it’s about the people who show up for students and staff with heart, vision, and perseverance. Rochester is incredibly fortunate to have a team of leaders who build positive school communities, support innovation, and keep student success at the center of every decision. Their work embodies what it means to lead with HEART.”
Assistant Superintendent Sherri Nichols added:
“Our principals and assistant principals bring learning to life. They create environments where students feel valued and capable, and where teachers are supported to do their best work. Their leadership transforms classrooms into communities of growth and belonging.”
As the district celebrates our leaders, the Rochester community extends a heartfelt thank you to all our Principals and Assistant Principals for their tireless dedication and impact on student success.
From early learning to graduation — and every milestone in between — Rochester’s leaders continue to guide with purpose, passion, and HEART.
