As of last Friday, the 7-day Test Positivity continues to trend well over 10%, per School Board policy students and staff will be required to wear masks while participating in school activities through Friday, January 28th. In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr this week in music class students will have the opportunity to explore some music about Dr. King, and some performances of music in the Gospel genre that are important and connected to the Civil Rights Movement that Dr. King headed. The resources are all posted this week on the music website, and are part of our wonderful Quaver curriculum. It will be a wonderful opportunity to learn as a class and to practice our school wide skills of self-direction and independent exploration of the topic while in music this week.
Thank you Ms. McAllister's kinders for this reminder.
