Jackson Rup has been awarded the AFJROTC J-100 Scholarship. Jackson is 1 of only 100 recipients of this Air Force ROTC Scholarships valued at over $200,000. Jackson will attend Plymouth State and start his service as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force.
