Tomorrow's Career Spirit Week theme is Dress to Impress... Did you know that according to a Forbes article, 80% of job candidates dress the part in their interviews, while the other 20% don’t. That means about 20% can lose the job before they’ve uttered one word! #TriCity_CTE

Many of the tech programs offer Running Start credits. Meaning students earn college credits while taking a high school course and they are able to get a running start towards their postsecondary education. #TriCity_CTE #CTEMonth #NH_CTE #Proud2bRSD


And with 46 programs to choose from between Dover, Rochester and Somersworth students have plenty of opportunities to take classes in these technical fields! #TriCity_CTE #CTEMonth #NH_CTE #Proud2bRSD


Students taking CTE programs learn more than just technical skills, a majority of our programs in the tech center offer interdisciplinary credits meaning they could also satisfy a graduation requirement for math, art, science and more!

Did you know that between Rochester, Dover & Somersworth students have access to 43 different career and technical education programs? This allows for students to receive more education and opportunities about career choices while in high school!


Today was CTE I Applied Day! Students were encouraged at all three Tri-City schools (Rochester, Dover, Somersworth) to apply for CTE Programs! Some of the CTE Ambassadors were outside of the cafeteria today helping students sign up for Enroll Track and apply to programs.

As of last Friday, the 7-day Test Positivity continues to trend well over 10%, per School Board policy students and staff will be required to wear masks while participating in school activities through Friday, January 28th. It is important to remember that masks are to be worn at all school functions and events during this period of time.
