Physical Education & Wellness

Physical Education and Health play an important role in Spaulding High School’s efforts to improve the health and fitness of its students. It is a challenging academic and participation class that requires dedication, commitment and effort. Students selecting an elective block will be expected to take on new challenges and participate to the best of their ability.
