Did you know that the global aviation industry will need more that 250,000 aircraft pilots over the next ten years and the commercial drone industry will create 100,000 jobs by 2025? AFJROTC Aviation STEM provides students with the opportunity to explore many careers in the aviation industry and earn their Drone Pilot Certification and ground training to become an aircraft private pilot. Students log actual flight time in a Cessna 172 airplane at Skyhaven Airport and in an FAA approved flight simulator at Spaulding High School.
